Meet the Business Owner

I became interested in the real estate industry when I bought my first home. I took all available real estate courses in college, including, but not limited to, real estate principles, law, finance, appraisal, and economics.

I’ve worked in the real estate industry since 1989, beginning as a real estate agent. After several years, I transitioned to escrow services.

In 2006, although the real estate industry was changing drastically, I ventured out on my own and opened Performance Escrow. We've gone through the industry ups and downs, and have the experience you need to smoothly complete and secure your titles.
